Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Buzjani ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses,
and protects information when you use our web application and related services
(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Buzjani is a social media management tool that lets authenticated users connect
third-party social accounts and publish or schedule content on their behalf.
Contact: contact@buzjani.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (e.g. via Google OAuth or development login).
- Brand workspace data: brand names and settings you create in the app.
- Social platform authorization: OAuth access tokens, page or account IDs, channel IDs, and display names returned by Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and Google (YouTube) when you connect a channel. We store tokens securely on our server to perform actions you request.
- Content you provide: post text, images, videos, and scheduling times you submit for publishing.
- Order form data (optional): if you enable a public order form for your brand, we store customer submissions (name, phone, address, order details) on your behalf.
- Technical logs: server logs (timestamps, errors, API diagnostics) to operate and secure the Service. We do not sell log data.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate you and provide the Service.
- Connect and maintain integrations with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube at your direction.
- Publish or schedule content to the social accounts you authorized.
- Store and display order leads for brands that use the order form feature.
- Improve reliability, security, and support.
4. Third-party platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, your use is also governed by those
platforms' terms and privacy policies. We only access data and perform actions
within the permissions you grant during OAuth. We do not control how Meta, TikTok, or Google
process data on their systems.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (Google) APIs when you ask us to publish or manage content on your connected accounts.
- When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- With infrastructure providers that host our application, under confidentiality obligations.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
OAuth tokens remain until you disconnect a channel or request deletion.
When you remove Buzjani from your Facebook account or submit a Meta data-deletion request,
we automatically disconnect linked Facebook and Instagram channels, delete stored Meta OAuth
tokens, remove pending scheduled posts targeting those platforms, and record the deletion
request (confirmation code and status on our
data deletion status page).
You may also request access, correction, or deletion of other account data by emailing
contact@buzjani.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect stored tokens and user data, including
access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission
is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.
8. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect social channels at any time from the app (this revokes our use of stored tokens for that channel).
- Revoke app access from Facebook, TikTok, or Google account settings.
- Request Meta data deletion via Facebook's app settings; we process the callback automatically and show status on our data deletion page.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@buzjani.com.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International users
Your information may be processed on servers in the country where you operate the Service.
By using Buzjani, you consent to this processing.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
